As Chief of Staff at the Climate Leadership Council, Patrick McKenna leads the organization’s development efforts and provides substantive support to the CEO in advancing strategic and organizational priorities. He helps shape and execute the Council’s fundraising strategies, oversees internal initiatives, and works closely with the policy and government relations team.
Before joining the Council, Patrick served in the Office of the Governor of Pennsylvania and at the Pennsylvania Department of Labor & Industry, where he supported senior leadership on legislative and policy initiatives.
Patrick holds a bachelor’s degree in public policy and political science from Gettysburg College, where he graduated summa cum laude and was elected to Phi Beta Kappa.
