Violet Van Buckman is an associate, digital communications & public affairs at the Climate Leadership Council. She supports all aspects of the organization’s communications and public affairs work, with an emphasis on digital channels and content creation.
Prior to joining the Council, Violet served as a research and media assistant at the Harvard Kennedy School’s Economics for Inclusive Prosperity. Previously, she held internship roles in creative strategy and communications at Monad Pilates, The Qi, Rice & Spice Magazine, and Solar Works Energy.
She is currently pursuing a master’s in public policy from Georgetown University’s McCourt School of Public Policy, and she holds a bachelor’s degree in strategic design and management, with a minor in economics, from The New School.
