As a senior associate of public affairs at the Climate Leadership Council, Katie Werner supports all aspects of the organization’s events, content creation, and media relations.
Prior to joining the Council, Katie worked as a legislative intern for the U.S. House of Representatives in the office of Congressman Jared Huffman. She also interned for the US-Asia Institute and conducted research for the Notre Dame political science department.
Katie holds a bachelor’s degree in political science from the University of Notre Dame.
