As director, finance and accounting, Michael-Ann Matticoli oversees the organization’s accounting and financial operations, budget cycle, and annual financial audits. She also provides support for internal compliance and administration and manages the Council’s cash and investment strategy.
With more than 15 years of experience in accounting, Michael-Ann has worked with an array of businesses and organizations, with a specialty in non-profit financial management and reporting. Prior to joining the Council, Michael-Ann launched Breathe LLC, a consulting practice providing controllership, senior accounting functions, and financial management and oversight to small businesses and non-profits. She also served as a business/accounting manager for charter schools in the Philadelphia area.
Michael-Ann earned her bachelor’s degree from Penn State University and a Master of Business Administration from Thomas Jefferson University in Philadelphia.
